Now if you are trying to decide which flavor to go with, I would choose Vanilla because there is so much you can add to it if you want to change up the taste. Sometimes I will throw in peanut butter and a banana. Other times I will blend in lime juice with one graham cracker to make key lime pie shake. You always want to drink your protein shakes within an hour after your workout. You should also have shakes on your days off from the gym because those are the days your muscles are really building and recovering. That is my low down on protein shakes; I hope this helps.
